English Rose Care was founded by Tendai Zveushe & Noel Mpofu. Having worked within the care sector themselves, they noticed that there was a niche in the market for an agency that could provide quality, trained employees, and deliver on the promises made. Through the knowledge and practical experience they gained, English Rose Care Services was formed. We pride ourselves on supplying fully trained Support Workers and Qualified Nurses to mental health, learning disability, challenging behaviour environments and residential settings. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and believe that, working alongside them - using their guidelines as an aid, rather than a requirement, has helped to make us the agency we are today.
ENGLISH ROSE CARE Services, established in 2014, aim to provide domiciliary care and nursing to the highest standard. Through a large investment in training and recruitment, we will endeavour to match the perfect carer to the client to meet their needs. We believe patient centred care is the pinnacle of what we do, and that to enable people to remain in their homes is the paramount achievement we can hope for.
We strive to live by our mission statement 'Looking after the nations petals" and our trained office staff will always go that one step further to meet any needs you, your client or relative may have.
This means seven days a week, around the clock, every day of the year, we are there to meet your needs. There will always be someone to pick up the phone.
We are committed to deliver an exceptional service to both our clients and patient's by ensuring every nurse who wears the Blue Lantern badge does so with pride and meets the most rigorous professional standards. Our core business philosophy is to be the very best at the lowest possible cost to you.
Our Mission is to provide the best professional solution to meet the patient of our clients, to promote consistency and to reward the exceptional skills of our staff.
